On top of that, you’ve made the investment of hiring a Wolf PRO, which gains you an additional 5 years on your 25 year stain & fade warranty for the cost of any additional labor.

With that being said, like all things in life, there is always a small responsibility of general maintenance that the consumer assumes to keep their deck looking young.

In short, ROUTINE CLEANING • At least twice per year is highly suggested.

Upon completion of your new WOLF Decking project, Osborne Construction will also provide you with the Care & Maintenance info sheet as a reminder of the general maintenance required. All customers will also be encouraged to to their WOLF Decking project to be registered in order to receive the extended warranty application for any warranty issues in the future.
