How to prepare for a consult?

Considering a custom low-maintenance deck & the benefits in making the investment over wood? Osborne Construction can offer you a personalized consult & estimate on your maintenance-free deck project. If you are not completely familiar with low-maintenance deck options and materials, visiting the Wolf Home Products website will help answer some of your questions. Maintenance free decks are a considerable investment (roughly 60% more in cost than wood) but there are many more benefits over wood including adding to the value of your home and living space.
During your consult Osborne Construction will also bring some comprehensive materials such as portfolio pictures of completed projects and product samples to help you visualize Wolf Pro products available to you that will give you a good insight as to what what your finished product might look like. Having a rough idea on the size of your ideal outdoor living-space/custom deck & the layout/design is a start. Think about features and accessories that your considering, the must-have’s and wishes (ex. privacy fence/wall, pergola, lights, railing types, colour(s), wrap around stairs, multi-level, picture-frame etc).

Keep in mind, Osborne Construction is not a design company so you will need to have a bit of an idea of what you are looking for to help make the consult flow a little easier; having a list of your must-haves and wishes as well as some pictures are a great way to help us get a better understanding for what you envision. Osborne Construction is happy to work alongside hardscape designers and their proposed designs/plans. Not using a designer or hardscape/landscaping company, 3D renderings for large-scale projects are available to Osborne Construction clients that have committed to a quote, rendering agreement and deposit to help visualize and finalize all the little details before construction begins. After all, this is a large investment and we want you to be extremely happy with the final result.
