This Duradek Vinyl Waterproof Decking project alongside @j.smith.construction was a great way to start our season. With out unseasonably warm temps in February, we were able to get the project completed.
This project began with some minor repair to the top floor suite and a safe set of stairs for the fire exit…. or so @j.smith.construction thought. As most roofs with water damage, you never know how bad it is until you get in there. With the roof needing to be replaced entirely, the decision was made to give the renters to this rental property an expanded second story entry way with Regal Aluminum Railing installed by @j.smith.construction and an aesthetically pleasing waterproof low-maintenance Duradeck Vinyl Waterproof Decking surface in Ultra Cork Graphite installed by yours truly. The perfect solution for a flat roof deck over a living space. A shout out to @oakwoodroofing for the custom flashing.
